Coach Kargle currently teaches English I and Sports Literature at South Campus. He began coaching on the boys staff in 2006 season as the freshman coach. From there, he has coached all three levels leading to his current position of head coach (2017).During his time as Assistant Varsity Head Coach, he coached teams that earned 5 Regional titles, 3 Sectional titles, 1 Elite Eight State appearance, and 2 4th place State titles. Coach Kargle has also spent time on the Indians girls staff during the 2013-13 seasons. In 2019, his team made it to the "Elite 8" and finished ranked 5th in the state. He has coached from 5th grade through varsity in high school for both boys and girls in both club and school capacities. Prior to that, he spent 5 plus years as a gymnastics coach.

This is Coach Lincoln's fourth year with the Minooka Boys' Volleyball program. He also coaches the Freshmen Girls. He was part of the girls program when they were the state runner-ups in 2016 & 2017. Both his JV girls squad (2017) and JV boys' squad (2018) were conference champions. Coach Lincoln also assisted Coral Berta at Minooka Junior High in winning the IESA state championship for 8th grade girls' volleyball in 2016.
Coach Lincoln has been teaching for nine years and is in his sixth year of teaching at Minooka Intermediate School. Along with this, Coach Lincoln teaches classes at the University of Saint Francis and is a certified personal trainer at Inwood Athletic Club.. He also coaches at UNO volleyball club.

Coach Grzetich serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Minooka Community High School. She has also been the English Department Chair and has taught English at MCHS since 2002. Coach Grzetich began her career in the boys volleyball program during the 2002 season as a freshmen coach. She then coached the JV boys volleyball team and took over as Varsity Head Coach from 2006-2016. During her time as Varsity Head Coach, she coached teams that earned 5 Regional titles, 3 Sectional titles, 1 Elite Eight State appearance, and 2 4th place State titles. This year, Coach Grzetich enjoys coaching the freshmen boys volleyball team.

Coach Hens has been teaching English at MCHS since 2004 and has been coaching cross country in the fall, in addition to volleyball. During her 14 years and counting of coaching cross country, the team has earned 13 conference titles, 13 Regional Titles, 5 Sectional Titles, and 11 consecutive trips to the state meet, including a 1st place and 3rd place state trophy and multiple top ten finishes. In 2016, the team also qualified for Nationals in Oregon for the first time in program history and captured 16th place in the Nation. Coach Hens was also one of the assistant coaches when the boys' volleyball team placed 4th in state in 2012.
In high school, Coach Hens played volleyball, softball, and basketball, and ran cross-country and track. In college, Coach Hens focused on her running career, earning Academic All-American honors in track for the 4 x 400 relay, and she also held collegiate records in the steeplechase, distance medley relay, 400 hurdles, and 4 x 400 relay. She was also the only athlete in program to history to compete in every running event on the track, including the 10K. She was also MVP and point leader for two seasons. During her four-year collegiate cross country career, she was captain and helped her team earn two conference titles.
Coach Hens resides in Plainfield, IL with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Autumn Lily and Owen Zephyr.
